RENÉ ALEXANDER IMMOBILIEN GMBH was founded in January 2016 with the vision to let a competent and motivated team benefit from the long experience of its managing director and thus offer its customers the best support in buying, selling and financing their real estate.
We are happy to serve you from our location at Bundesallee 221, right in the heart of City-West.
Our core competence is the brokerage of investment properties, such as the classic apartment building, the residential and commercial building or the office and commercial property as well as corresponding building plots. In addition, we also support you in obtaining your purchase financing, regardless of whether you purchase your property through us or elsewhere.
In addition to private clients, our long-standing clients include domestic and foreign investors, family offices and national/international investment companies.
In addition, we have excellent contacts to notaries, architects, property managers, financial service providers, tax consultants, building experts and surveyors, who can advise you on all property-related questions if required.

Managing Director
In 1987 I completed my apprenticeship as a banker at the Deutsche Bank in Berlin. Subsequently, as an employee of Bendzko Immobilien, I brokered several hundred condominiums within four years. Since then, I have accompanied a total of about 1,300 notary appointments in various partnership constellations, including about 600 investment transactions in the last 15 years alone. In February 2016 I founded René Alexander Immobilien GmbH with the core competence investment real estate. Through my experience and ideas I motivate my team to bring every buyer and seller quickly and safely to his desired goal.

Senior Real Estate Consultant Investement (IREBS/IVD) / Business Economist
After completing her studies of business administration and an additional commercial training with a specialization in foreign languages, Mrs. Iryna Barry started her activity as an independent real estate agent in 2010. From the very beginning she has focused on the brokerage of investment properties. Numerous successfully completed sales to national and international investors confirm her success as a real estate agent. In 2017 she completed the certificate course “Real-Estate Consultant” at the renowned “International Real Estate Business School (IREBS)”. Since 2019 Mrs. Barry has been working in cooperation with René Alexander Immobilien GmbH.

Assistant to the Manging Director
Following her international career as a concert pianist, Iris Richter has been working in the real estate industry with a focus on investment since 2007.
Since March 2022, she has been part of the René Alexander Immobilien GmbH team as assistant to the management.

Finance brokerage
With more than 30 years of professional experience and several thousand financings, which she accompanied as a banker for the BfG, SEB and Santander Bank in the areas of real estate and property development financing, Mrs. Buchholz strengthens our team since 2017 as a financing broker. Equipped with a large network of financing banks and long-standing cooperation partners, Ms. Buchholz accompanies both internal and external customers, from the inquiry to the disbursement of the desired financing. Due to her individual and competent support, many customers have had their financing wishes implemented by Ms. Buchholz for years.

Head of acquisition
Mike Koster is a trained merchant and has been working in the service industry for 25 years. 10 years ago he gained a foothold in the real estate business and joined René Alexander Immobilien GmbH in the founding month of March 2016. As head of the acquisition department it is his task to observe the development of the real estate market and to find exciting new objects for brokerage and self-purchase.

Roger Löbl has been part of the team since the foundation of René Alexander Immobilien GmbH. Through his many years of sales experience in well-known companies, he was able to generate an extensive network of personal contacts. Besides Mr. Löbl possesses the specialized qualification as examined real estate agent of the European real estate academy. His field of activity is research and acquisition, both for our prospective buyers and for self-purchase.

Janine Nilson joined our team in September 2021.
Her tasks include the data maintenance of our customer file. She also has 20 years of experience in this area from the workflow of a renowned Berlin orthopedic medical practice.
The new field of activity in the real estate industry is an interesting challenge for her.

Real Estate Consultant for Investment
Pascal Haun started his professional career in the hotel industry. After stations in other European countries and management activities, relationships developed in the real estate industry. In order to meet his own demands in a new industry, Mr. Haun decided in 2017 to train as a real estate agent and was also able to successfully complete this with an IHK degree.
He chose property management as his first station in order to get to know the different asset classes and the needs of the market participants. From the hotel industry to his current work as a consultant for investment properties, he has developed a distinct service mentality, whose primary goal is to accompany each customer with reliability and trust until the last contract component.
